Tim Hortonsemployee spilt coffee on my hand

I placed a mobile order and went through drive thru to pick it up. The employee handed me my coffee with the lid not fully on. It spilt all over my hand and the side of the car. The top half of my hand got burnt. (First degree burn) The employee apologized, but this is ridiculous to be given a hot beverage with the lid not properly on. It could have been much worse. The employee offered the next time I come in that I could get a free donut or muffin but there is nothing tracking that. The severity of this is worth more than a donut.
