Tiffany Shoulders-Strategy and Innovation Department Huntsville City Schools Board of Education review: M2M Transfer

I personally applied for a M2M transfer for my upcoming 9th grade honor roll perfect attendance student in the National Honor Junior Society in February during registration time and was placed on the wait list. In May I contacted my 1st choice in which is my priority due to it's being the closest school to my home, the highway in which I work, near Bryant Dental my student's dentist and primary care doctor Gleneagles and in my daily route for 8 years now Huntsville High School and the registration department said they do have space but haven't received my child's school records and can't make a schedule until they receive the records. On July 28th the school have orientation and I want my student to be with all of the other upcoming 9th graders when they tour the school and meet the staff as well as shop for school spirit merchandise and Tiffany Shoulders specifically isn't doing anything after February as searching for availability because the school stated they had open space on July 16th, I filled out 2 more applications and think that Tiffany Shoulders should give me the results before July 28th due to my desire for that school. Can you assist me with this situation. I don't understand why it's taking this lady specifically Tiffany Shoulders so long when I never heard of her,met her or had anyone enrolled in Huntsville City Schools do she have any investigations or anything. Can someone help with the M2M transfers from Tiffany Shoulders and Grant each parent their desire accordingly to the reason and purpose of transfer being important for the parents rights and good.
