Thril Holdings T/A Timeless Glass and Aluminium review: Job for building and installing jacuzzi not done

On 21 October 2021 I paid 179190.98 to Ishaan Haripersad in full. The contract is dated 18 October 2021 and stated the work will be done and complete in 5 weeks: that means it should have been completed 22 November 2021. Today is the 5 Feb 2022 5 months later and only the groundwork has been laid. The hole with the rain is rotten and I am totally disgusted and appalled. Ishaan has been absent since day 1 and never gives you an update on what is going on. When you phone him he does not answer. When you message he does not answer until you start losing it and then he replies with an excuse like: I was out of town or the workers had and injury or I was too busy. The company address that he told me about where they have the building construction is only a small house where people live: 18 Dianne Rd, Olivedale, Randburg. That also was another lie. The manufacturer of the jacuzzi also does not exist as he told me it is Modern spa and Riaan is the owner. Every date that he has given me he just never pitched up and never phoned to apologise. I had to phone him and then he never answered. I went to the police station in Cleveland and then a lady investigator phoned him and spoke to him. He promised her that he would keep his word and do the right thing. the jacuzzi had to be installed by the 2nd of February. the 2nd of February came and went. He never phoned. I had to phone him and again he said that the jacuzzi was not finished. I asked him for the number and he promised to give it to me, which he did not in the end. He has made a new promise again for the 14th of February which again he will not keep. I have had 5000 promises and it is 5 months down the line instead of 5 weeks that he gave me in writing. In the meantime I have found out that he has several other companies and several bank accounts with none of them registered.

He has online payments set up on these companies and has then several banking accounts set up all over. He has run away from his duties and he has also told me that he does not care as he cannot be caught.
