I've been liaising with your catering staff, Hidayah and Darren.
My event was on the 25 January and I'm very unhappy about the service provided. Wrote in to complain to your catering team on 31 Jan but till now, no reply or even a call to apologize.
I'm in F & B too and this kind of standard is intolerable.
Below is what I've written to Darren on my event.
Hi Darren
Have not hear from you since Friday.
Below are my feedbacks, please kindly work out a compensation in refund.
1) found corn flour solution not dissolved in sharks fin soup
2)fried rice was very hard
3)sea cucumber with vege has no sauce at all
4)no larder for soup and dessert
5)Also just to ask if your organization usually only place 1 sterno for a full tray of food as the food was not warm by the side even when we close the lid?
6)Delivery guy did not inform us that takeaway box was under the table.
Have been receiving complaints from guest since that day till today, it's embarrassing as this was the worse and most expensive buffet I've ever ordered.
