Thomas Zachariah review: rado-636.0313.3 scratchproof watersealed

I am a prestigious owner of the above watch, since many years and regularly doing the service also. I'm from India and this watch bought from Muscat. While I was on holidays in India the above watch given for service in Kerala, India(M/s.Krishnan Nair & Co., Trivandrum, Kerala). While servicing they changed some parts and charged me also for the replacement and servicing.
Since servicing the watch is always getting stopped. I don't know exactly, whether they are the original authorised agent for your company. In Kerala, I have approached one other Rado servicing centre in Ernakulam, MG Road, Kerala and they are telling they are the only service representative in Kerala. I am now confused, who is the authorised representative of Rado watch company in Kerala State, India. Any way, I don't know what to do with my watch now?.
