third dimension salonterrible staff and poor work invironment

i briefly worked for this salon and couldnt take environment anymore, they had stylists drinking after work, talking about prefered drug use options, sex with boyfriends where clients can hear at the front and back, eating on the floor, not cleaning up even though they have written duties to follow, stole tips, and skipped me for clients, lied to me about the hours i was to work, changing the schedule without notifying me, where low cut shirts that show all the chest area, was also told that i would have to clock out if i took longer than five minutes for break, overall i was totally unhappy to be there, on top of all of that they lacked the customer service, and technical skills, people would be leaving out with messed up cuts, frizzy perms, and green or pink hair when they wanted red or golden toned color, dont go to this place the talk about their clients and complain about how they dont tip, so tacky and, the manager allowed all of this to happen and was the ring leader, she constantly was out smoking cigarettes and taking more breaks than anyone, for the month and half i was there, she went through 3-4 people and lied to everyone who came in there to work, not being upfront of how it worked, and they pay minimum wage, no respect for the client, stylist or industry

Horrible service. The stylist was amateur and didn't know what she was doing. She gave me the wrong color, how could you not know the difference between blond and brown, and charged me way too much for the cut. The salon upcharged me for services I didn't ask for. What a total scam. Avoid this place.
