I ordered cosmetics and fragrance from thefavourboxshop.co.uk. The seller charged me and sent confirmation email. After a week, I received nothing. I sent several emails, and called to their customer services team. I spoke with one lady and asked for the refund. She started to yell at me and hung up in the middle of the conversation. I was so shocked with rude and disrespectful attitude that now I want to find other unsatisfied customers in order to send a massive complaint to this seller.

I like how these complaints only tell one side of the story. You "forgot to add what happened between your asking for a refund and her being rude and hanging up. If you are going to tell about your experience tell the whole story, not just the parts to make them look bad.
