The Vision Immigration review: Poland application / refund process

I did not felt that I was taken care of the way I thought it should be as a client. I have trusted the people however only frustrations and false hope I got. It was in October 2020 when I have entrusted them for my application to Poland. I had paid the initial fees for the processing. Even they showed me a copy of the contract by December 2020. When I asked them for the copy with the stamp that the contract is legit and valid, they said they will contact and asked for it. I've done so many follow ups and waited for how many months but still did not get it. They said their contact in Poland got Covid, due to current situation and still lockdown in Poland that's why it might take time.
So, I've waited until May and again follow up. Again they told me by August or later of the year there is a light at the end of the tunnel. But to my surprise when I called and update again, they said will just refund the money that I paid as there was no response on the lawyer or contact from their partner in Poland, which I got totally frustrated as they just give up like that And that was in June or July. It's such a shame really giving false hopes.
Now, here comes the refund issue which totally got me pissed as they are giving and promising dates but never committed to follow. In short, no one words and not true to what they are saying to their client.
They said I will get the refund by August but again to my surprise they lied. I have
sent many follow up emails and contacted them but they just ignored. Really disappointed how they treated me. And got more devasted when they split the refund into 50/50 and not giving
it one time whereby nothing mentioned on the contract that I signed. I had no issue with the 70 percent only on what I have paid is the amount that I will get excluding VAT too cause that's what mentioned on the contract, but why they cannot give the full refund in one time. Finally, after I've waited for so long they processed the 50 percent of what I have paid by the end of October and then promise me that I will get the rest of 50 percent by November. Again many follow ups I did, they said by the end of November I will get until
1st week of December came still no feedback from them. Oh God, I was like what did I do bad why this kind of treatment I get with them. Ignored, never felt the importance and value as a client. Only frustrations and false hope from
them only.
Really, it was a disaster and a nightmare experienced I had with Vision.
Up until now, still waiting for the rest of 50 percent refund.
