The Tutoring Center HuntingtonBeach – Unauthorized credit card payments and racism

Went to The Tutoring Center HuntingtonBeach to inquire about their services. My wife and I were uncomfortable from the beginning. The center director (Tri Vo) was extremely rude. We felt a sense of racism as he kept referring as to how they love helping black kids stay off the streets and from selling drugs. He asked if we are married or my wife was just a baby mama. I wasn’t sure how that was relevant. He spoke to us in a degrading manner and wouldn’t directly answer our questions. He took down our details but we were never going to enroll our boys. Few weeks later we get a $6000 charge to our credit card. We called the center for an explanation but the director seemed not to have time for our questions. He said he’d look into it. Nothing has happened ever since. Stay away from this center. They just want your money.
