I am aware this is not part of ITV but your company host the show. I ordered and paid for a water bottle for my daughters birthday - a date which has now been and gone. I made the order almost 1 month ago. I have had 1 Email to confirm my order and they had taken payment. I have tried to email them but to no avail. I would like you as a company to either shut down this ‘shop' or get me a refund and or the actual bottle I ordered in the first place. This is not a good advertisement for your show. I am considering my next option which will be to investigate this so called shop!

I ordered 3 bottles on 3rd July and still received nothing. Only saving grace is that I paid by credit card so hopefully can take action through them.
I’m having the same issue with them! I ordered a water bottle and have yet to get a shipment notification.
