Tommy Beall: It was BASH, held last 23rd of Feb.. for some reason she thought Miestorm and I had to ask her permission to do a show firstly.. secondly she ranted about how the show was promoting prostitution (it was a burlesque show).. she said some really nasty things about us, simply becasue we asked Rew Starr to host the show and not KYM, who is a terrible show host anyway.. .. and we've never done antything but to help her in her shows.. we drove all the way to f***ing maine and put the show there together for FREE, and didn't even get a thank you.. then two months later she does this ###?.. she's even stolen Billy Name's artwork and refuses to give it back, when he left her... she's really a dirty peson.. I can;t belive Milo actually puts up with her, much less f*cks her crazy ###...

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This is an unfounded attack by some people with no evidence or grounds for the complaint.
Legal action has been put in place by towards the person who posted this with the false name Lisa Mainely. It is actually a man in NY who has done this.
Unfortunately, sites like this one, where one can post any comment about any business or person, have sprung up all over in recent years. They allow anyone with an axe to grind, for whatever reason, to make any accusation without any evidence at all, and have it "live" forever across the internet, even though it may be completely false.
In this case, these are false allegations, which, if true, would amount to major felonies, which would have been prosecuted by the proper authorities. They are, in fact, nothing but libel (published material that is false and intentionally damaging), mixed with some melodramatic nonsense.
If anyone is considering doing business with Kymara, that person can, of course, contact her or other people who do business with her, and learn the truth easily, so this web posting is unlikely cause her any real harm.
It's a shame that some people will stoop to this sort of thing, really.
The names of the people who would stoop to this sort of thing are published in the cut and pasted Facebook thread.. It appears as though it is the ravings of a group of adults acting like children on someone's Facebook wall. What sort of person would post a complaint by cutting and pasting Facebook gossip that is of grammar school mentality. Obviously this is a group of adults who can't grow up and have nothing better to do than to seek attention and publicity for themselves through Facebook and someone else's name. Too bad for others who are not involved that their names have been published on this site too. It also appears as if the original complaint was created by cutting and pasting a rant by someone who is famous for attacking everyone from Obama to the neighbor next door. What could be more "Play Misty For Me" than a few people who are well over the age of 50, obsessively ranting and adding more and more outrageous claims to their rants, which include menacing and immature pictures.? Anyone can see this is a "mobbing vendetta" that is being perpetuated by one person who is cutting and pasting links on any site that he can find which will accept unsubstantiated claims and enable scam artists to create their damage so they can move in for the kill.
I am one of the people whose name and response to Jayne County's facebook status has been cut and pasted on this consumer complaint website. First of all, I want to state that I am extremely angry that someone has cut and pasted my actual name and comment on facebook to this website and has created it to look as though I have a complaint against the Kymara gallery. I Have done business with the gallery off and on throughout the years and have never had any problems. I have never heard of any type of art theft linked to this business and I have always received everything I have purchased. I have attended some of the gallery events, which I always look forward to attending, including a large show that was produced for Jayne County in the city. There were a large number of people there and it was one of the best parties in Ny that I have ever been to. Secondly, I am a friend of Jayne County and I can say with certainty that she is not the originator of the post on this complaint site. She is not the type of person who would go to this extreme to attempt to ruin anyone's career and is a warm and wonderful person. In my opinion, Jayne county has been victimized and has been made to look like a raving lunatic by whoever has cut and pasted this facebook thread out of context, which is unfair to her and to the gallery.The other people, like me have also been made to look just as bad. As far as I can tell, the person who did this also made the effort to link it to tons of search engines by using Google +. I also received emails from the same person using a different name containing the same stuff as the above complaint. When I tried to respond to the email, Yahoo bounced it back with a message that it was not a Yahoo account. What gives here? I do not want my actual name or posts on someone's facebook wall posted all over the internet in this way and I think anyone whose name has been put on this site and included in weird emails through this hack job from a facebook page should be just as angry as I am. The person who is writing these things and making all of us look bad needs to stop using our names for whatever his or her grudge is.
