The Cato Corporation — I am complaining about the serve
The store manager #101. handled my service when I made my purchase and when I had to return to the store about an item that i did not receive. the item was a pair of sunglasses. She told me, I remember you and I did put your glasses in the bag and nothing was left on the counter after you left. I explained to her when I removed all my items from the bag that the sunglasses were not in there. She insisted that she gave me the sunglasses and did not want to believe a word I said. I honestly thought stores are suppose to honor the word of the customer and satisfy the customer. She left a bad impression that I no longer want to shop at the store.
