To start I order the large commercial indoor grow tent kit which was to have everything included. When the order was first sent I received 2 tracking numbers. When the packages arrived the first thing I noticed is that the "discreet' packaging was purely just a marketing plow as the boxes had big bold letters with Bud Grower all over them, so not terribly discreet. One of the packages I received was the tent, and the other was the lights. Nothing else was delivered. So I contacted the company through email and the online web contact form on the website and to this day I have still not received a response back from either. So I ended up calling the number on the site. It clearly is just an office number to 1 person who doesn't even answer as a rep for the business, I had to ask if I was calling the right number. So when I called I provided my information and was told that he would look into the order. After several days I heard nothing back so called again and was hurried through the phone call and told that he had personally addressed it and the team was putting the remainder of the order together and it would be sent out. After that I did receive 2 additional tracking numbers which I was hopeful for. When the packages arrived one was a bunch of ancillary equipment the other was soil and soil products. So I unwrapped and did an inventory and the order was still not complete. I received about half of the soil advertised for the product. The"free" items added to the order were not in the packages and some things like heat mat were missing and the potting bags were 3 gallon as opposed to 5 gallon. I have actually sent another email and contact form to the company and once again, there has been no response. So in short, my review is that customer service is non-existent. The contact details are useless unless you use the phone number and then it isn't actual customer support department you are contacting and the contact form and email address are strictly provided for show and are not monitored from my experience. So my recommendation would be to shop around and research products and put your own kits together. You could probably have a much better experience and less frustration for a cheaper overall cost.
Recommendation: Do research and find other alternatives or build your own kits from separate vendors, stay away from this experience.
Complete order not delivered, missing items. As advertised items in kit not delivered and instead lesser products provide in place of expected items, terrible customer support and no responses to email or online form submissions.
