Genita (Petralli) M. Mason is NOT a qualified doctor or homeopath. She has no degrees. (Make sure to double-check and verify her qualifications and you will soon see for yourself.) Anyone can wear a white lab coat and make YouTube videos with so-called scientific props (microscopes, self-built detox machines) to make themselves look official. It is also very easy to create a website that looks real but is actually fake.
She has scammed thousands of dollars ($5, 000 - $30, 000) from past patients and is linked to the Scientology cult (they [also known as CCHR] even gave her an award). Google her name: Genita Mason or Genita M. Mason or Genita Petralli- she changes her name to avoid being detected for past scams. Her clinic also changes names from Biosanctuary to The Bio Sanctuary.
She also posts great reviews about herself using fake names. We have repeatedly asked Genita for her telephone number and address so our lawyers can sue her for malpractice but she has yet to provide it. Instead she only lists a toll-free-number. If you call this number you will reach an answering machine. We are eagerly waiting for her lawyers to contact us so we can get a refund but not one person has heard from her lawyers. So strange as she has our contact information.
Do not wire her money for her services as you will not be able to prove that you paid her in court.
Also, her Biosanctuary (or The Bio Sanctuary) "spa" or "detox" place is always in places like Costa Rica and currently Mexico as you can not sue her since she does not have to follow any USA laws.

I signed up for the 7 day retreat in Feb 2025. The retreat was canceled last minute apparently because Genita was in a car accident. Her staff promised a full refund of the deposits. I am still owed $3450 that Genita Mason refuses to refund to me saying I did her financial harm because I contacted my bank to try to stop my last payment for the deposit. Genita claims her Zelle account was frozen and she’s blaming me for her inconvenience. She claims her clients have no other way than Zelle to make deposits for the retreat. This is a false statement as there are numerous platforms to do so. She’s claiming she is entitled to legally keep my $3450. This is a ridiculous statement. This is theft plain and simple. Genita Mason is dishonest.

I have spent numerous hours trying to reclaim my funds but she refuses saying its my and my banks fault that she can’t use Zelle. My bank says this is not true that it’s her bank and Zelle that took action against her. It has been almost 8 months since she’s refused to reimburse my money.
