I have been trying to close my TFG (Jet) Account since 21 July 2022.
1. I requested a Settlement letter to close the account on 19/07/2022.
2. I received a Settlement letter from TFG on 20/07/2022
3. I paid the settlement on 21/07/2022 and asked for confirmation that the account is now closed (I sent by replying to [protected]@tfg.co.za, cc'd in [protected]@tfg.co.za)
4. Received no reply from either addresses.
5. I however received a new Account with monthly service fees added thereto on 19/08/2022 and I didn't purchase anything from them as I was under the impression my account is closed.
6. I Requested yet again feedback on 19/08/2022 (sent to [protected]@tfg.co.za, [protected]@tfg.co.za and [protected]@tfg.co.za)
7. No reply received and I am surprised that they were quick to send a settlement letter but not confirm account closure.
8. To date being 23/08/2022, I requested yet again feedback (sent to all the e-mail addresses) I have not even received a auto reply, strange.
Desired outcome: I just want to close my account as I can't pay their monthly fees (Admin fee, SMS and e-mail fees) - I am not even purchasing from them anymore and my account was R0.00 on 21/07/2022
