As of 8/6/2022, I've NOT had any responses from the applications I've put in for SNAP and TANF, that were over a month or two ago.

It takes almost 10-15 minutes to get through their automated BS phone system in order to get to a LIVE person! This is disgusting enough...but then you have to wait ANOTHER 20-60 minutes to talk to a LIVE person!

And on top of THIS heinous treatment, I GET CUT OFF EVERY SINGLE TIME WHILE TALKING TO SOMEONE!

Are they doing this on purpose? Or do they have [censored] phone systems?

I don't know, so I filed a complaint through their Ombudsman department on constantly being cut off when talking to someone!

I got a response from the Ombudsman, who just copied and pasted some USELESS information in an email to me, THAT HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE QUESTIONS I HAD OR THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING!

Obviously the state office hire [censored]S and ILLITERATE RETARDS.

No wonder state offices are SO effed up! No wonder nobody can get any help! Our tax dollars going to pay these brain dead, worthless turds!

OUR TAX DOLLARS HARD AT WASTE!
