They initially do all the things right untill you buy it. They lure you by giving very cheap rates for the initial month.

But, actually after 2 - 3 calls you can never call from their service and automatically just by trying to call people overseas you will keep losing minutes and money wihtout even the call getting connected.

Please Dont fall for this cheap trick.

Now, I got to be careful about my credit card as well.

Coz, I dont trust these guys.

An aggreived customer who got ripped off.

    DON'T join the Tel3Advantage.com, if you join, you will regret, they have the automatic transfer fund from your credit card.
    If you want to close your account and have a remaining balance in your account, they won't refund you.

    BE AWARE with this cheating company.

    I had the same problem with Tel3, I don't get connected and keep loosing minutes out of the account and still be charged. They don't refund you the money back everytime they rip you off!! all weekend I have been trying to get connected overseas and could not when I finally got connected yesterday the call dropped and my acct had $48.76 now I have $22.00 never spoke to anyone but everytime you call even if you don't connect or the phone rings more than 3 times you loose your money many times $4.00 a pop ! We need to get together and report this company they should not be in business!!! I have been using them for a long time but Iam sick of loosing my money so " PLS DON'T USE THEM THERE A SCAM!"

    Stay away from this horrible company. For a luck of a better option, I have used Tel3Advantage to call Poland many times, testing from different phones (both land lines and mobile), and the quality of their connection had always been very bad. Imagine speaking to someone, hearing their voice but not being able to distinguish one word from another. I also had calls dropped many times, and it was almost impssible to call on weekends. So frustrated with their connection quality, I called them today to close my account. There is still $18.36 dollars on my account, and I was told they have a "no return policy", meaning this money will not be returned to me. Is this a joke or a crime? Do yourself a favour and stay away from this horrible company.

    I have used Tel 3 successfully for 5 years now. Has worked fine and cheaply for US calls and to New Zealand. My $$s stretch far. Every once in a while there is a problem with getting connected, inconvenient and annoying at the time, but has always been temporary. In the past I used other calling cards, and have found this to be by far the best. I haven't compared recently, but 1.9 cents per minute suits me OK.

    I had the same problem with tel3, I don't get connected and keep losing minutes out of the account and still be charged. So since I couldn't get through with the phone number I was trying to call overseas, the minutes stayed unused for a period of time and each time I try to call, I still don't get connected so I decided to call tel3 and ask them to refund my money, I've been told that they won't reimburse me my money, I try my best to get a refund but never was succesful. I was extremly mad and they just ripped me off like that.

    I have the same issue, the give you a refund on unconnected call IF you call them, but in my case they took dollars and gave back in cents for unconnected calls(60 cents!). Also do not expect the service to work 100% of the time, if you need reliability look elsewhere.
