Tekkie Town Stellenbosch review: Converse all stars

Good evening

I want to complain
about the service that we received from tekkie town Stellenbosch twice.

Last year on the 21/12/20 a purphase a pair of Converse All Stars (white) for my son.

My son did but the tekkies on but not even for 10 minutes he took it of again because it makes him sore.

Two Weekes ago we went to exchange the Converse All Stars at Tekkie Town the male that assist told that they do not have any cash in the till to refund back. So he told to come on another day. He didn't even say what day I should came he's service was poor. So Today my cousin when to town so I ask her if she can go and do the exchange for me when she came there the lady who call her a manager was not even helpful at all. What she told her was that the shoes where wear and that it looks like old tekkies and that they cannot take it back because it woundnt sell.

I'm really disappointed in the manager and the sales person.
