Lori Sara, you OBVIOUSLY are making an assumption about Tea by Three and have not asked the owner Cheryl Nix, nor have you talked the city of Clinton Twp or Muskegon County. IF you had you would have been told that she is compliant with ALL the laws when it comes to her business. Even the health department could have verified this for you. One of the requirements is that the food is prepared by a caterer or in a commercial kitchen and she does both. You should investigate before you make accusations that are in no way true. You obviously have your own agenda for posting such an untrue statement and trying to harm her business. Shame on you. Your posting just proves you can not believe every thing you read on the internet.
