Do not expend your hard earn money on this crooks. You will receive nothing but headaches, bad merchandise, and lousy costumer service. I bought a sporting good load of returns from academy sports and outdoors, I was promised 20 pallets or so of mixed merchandise. All I go was garbage, a collection of above ground broken swimming pools, various set of pipes that were once exercise machines, what wasn't broken, was stained or greatly used. Everything came in badly poorly staked double pallets. The actual price of everything inside, in good condition wasn't enough to make me break even and recuperate the 6000 dls I spend on this garbage.

I would like to add to my review above. Two days ago, Mr. Shabtai sent me voice messages threatening me for posting my negative reviews. This is exactly what he said, "Stop harassing me on my F****** facebook, you B****. If you wanna F*** with me, I'll F*** with you and you'll be sorry that you ever F****** met me. So don't F****** harass me. You hear me?"
This ought to tell you a lot about this man and the business he runs.

On March 18, 2019 I purchased a truckload from Diana for $8390 that was suppose to be 36-40 pallets of Kohls kitchenware, housewares, general merchandise and a "few" Xmas items. These were suppose to be overstock, shelf-pulls & customer returns. When Diana mentioned Xmas items, I was perfectly clear with her when I told her I didn't want the load to be heavy with Xmas.
She guaranteed me it would not be, but would have "a few" xmas items here and there. I was okay with that as that is normal for this time of the year. I paid the cost via wire transfer. After Diana received the money, she sent me an email with an attached Agreement for me to sign. I read it over and called her back to say I wasn't happy with the wording, since the word Salvage was used.
She stated that the same form was used for all purchases no matter what the load was. Dummy me believed her and signed it. Her script is obviously well rehearsed and executed. Fast forward to delivery day. What I received were 36 pallets of xmas junk! Strategically placed in each pallet was ONE broken non-xmas item.
When I called Diana, she said that it wasn't her fault that there are "dumb workers" at the warehouse where the pallets came from. She said she would discuss this with Kohls. (buying time) The next day, she became defensive and said there wasn't anything she could do because it was Kohls fault.
I reminded her that I was her customer and not Kohls' and that she needed to make things right with me and deal with Kohl's on her own. Each time I spoke with her she would ask for 2 days, then 3 days, then next week to get things fixed. Result was just more BS out of her mouth.
I sent her numerous pictures of the broken merchandise and she would say things like "I know. Believe me, I know" (I have a recording of her saying this). She offered me credit on another purchase. I informed her I would never purchase anything from her again. Then she added $1000 refund to the solution. I reminded her that I paid $8390 and all I got was garbage.
She told me that maybe I needed to go through things and "make them look nice" so I can sell them. I told her there was no way to make these items look nice because they are broken or missing parts. I asked multiple times to speak to the owner, Mr. Raphael Shabtai.
Diana always said that wasn't possible. So I sent Mr. Shabtai a message on facebook. Within 5 minutes of sending that message Diana called me and not happy that I did that. Mr. Shabtai didn't even have the decency to answer my message or call me (I sent my number in that message). Since this has happened to me, I did some deep searching(yes, I should have done this prior to purchasing) and have found out I'm not alone with these same complaints.
All their positive reviews are from fake accounts with fake profile pictures. Take a look at their facebook reviews...ALL FAKE ACCOUNTS! I even discussed this with Diana and she laughed and told me it wasn't true but some companies can pay to have positive reviews placed for the business. Hmmmmmm.
I am devastated by this whole ordeal. Being scammed is bad any way you look at it but for this amount is causing me great financial stress. TDW Closeouts (The Discount Warehouse) should not be allowed to do this to anyone anymore! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a Walmart Liquidation General Merchandise load of 24 pallets or more. What I received was a truckload of 22 pallets of nothing but Lasko Fans. I refused to unload the truck and wanted to send it back after talking with a sales ep at TDW. I explained that I do not have the room to store 22 pallets in my warehouse. After several minutes the owner of TDW Raphael Shabtai he begged me not to send truck back and that he would make this right. He kept rambling on that he has been in business for over 17yrs and that he isnt going any place. He said that I could trust him on his word. So I told him I will unload the truck provided he gets a carrier to pick up this load within 3 days and that they send me out another Walmart truck of what I ordered! He stated that he can do this but I needed to trust him. He said he would give me his Word and PROMISE that he would make this right for me! I asked him again for his word MAN to MAN because I told him that if a MAN gives someone his word and he doesnt deliver he is not a man at all and once you cant trust a man on his word then he is nothing! He has done nothing sinnce then except to tell his sales assc. that he does not talk to customers and that he will sell me another load for $4, 000. Areyou FREAKIN kidding me? I paid over $6, 000 for that load and you want me to send you another $4, 000 to get the load I was supposed to get? This guy is a ripoff! Back on 9/29/15 I ordered a craftsman tool load that was supposed to be all shelf pulls, and new like stuff. Paid $12, 898.00 for that load and it was nothing but all WEEDEATERS and BLOWERS! 30+ plus pallets and it was all SALVAGE merchandise I took over 85% of this stuff to the DUMP!. He did give me a credit of $6, 000 on future trucks but when I ordered my next truck they would only allow me to use 1300 at a time and they jacked there price up on the load I inquired about. How to I know I had an associate call and order the same truck and he was to get it lower than mine with my Discount! Really!
As you can see this company continues to LIE and CHEAT there customers just by the reviews that are listed on many sites throughout the socail media network! I would like to get my $6, 000.00 dollars along with my credit that I still have of $3, 500.00 back ito my bank account. I have had to borrow money from frends and family to try to cover these costs. They have CHEATED me, LIED to me and most of all The Owner Raphael Shabtai gave me his word and renegged on that as well! How the BBC allows this company to stay in business with as many complaints that have been filed is beyond me! This owner is false advertizing his products and as small business wners we have no re-course to get our money back or our Dignity!
I will hope the BBC does something to this company as they are mis-leading everyone that deals with them. I have videos and pics of all I have described. You can NOT TRUST and man who breaks his word as he is nothing then! Yes that is Raphael Shabtai owner of TDW!

I was also scammed by The Discount Warehouse. Before wasting your time and money have a look at the merchandise I received:
