As a Renault Capture car owner for 6 years, I never fail to send to TCEC for service and repair. Very sad to inform that i never been well treated as a customer. One of the most critical poor customer service is waiting time always longer as promise and the worst experience i encountered was no courtesy call and initiative to call customer about the delay. And this happened to me again today.

On 17/5/2022 sent my car to TCEC PJ for check and diagnose. After 5 days no one call and update me what is the issue, and after i call CS few times still no one reply. Untill I called one of the manager then on 7th day only the service advisor told me my car need more time to diagnose. Waited for 2 more days finally sent me a repair quotation which cost RM10K and above. Then i decided not to repair and informed on 26/5 to collect back my car on 27/5 morning. I reached at 9am the service advisor told my car is not ready need to wait about 1 hour.

This is the frustration i bet most customers encounter at Renault Service center. I'm really doubt about the competency of the customer service and technical staff. To check and diagnose take 8 days ...

I am really disappointed with Renault and Tan Chong. I see No improvement after 6 years being a customer. And it is time to say good bye.
