My favorite game is cooking dash. Silly as it may be, it is my nightly relaxing tool.. but the customer service or lack of is unbelievable! For a company this large; (w obvious exceptional developers) how can what essentially drives the company (us) be apparently a non issue. I ALWAYS have problems getting rewards. NOT CASH I'm talking about fake gold. I don't get it. It's almost impossible to get rewarded for anything other 5 gold. I am now spending my valuable time trying to get a response from a recent marketing "tool" that doubled the gold. I being the fool... (as iI I usually avoid all offers) signed up for Ebates, purchased a Sam's membership for 45 dollars through groupon and anxiously awaited the 512 gold reward. It has been 1 month. They simply removed the fact that I had even sent a request. I'm so disappointed. So disgusted really that I continue to support a company that repetitively lies to their customers. I just love the game! I would really like to see what legal recourse I might have as a representative for all of us that are consistently not receiving promised rewards. I am just sending what I have sent by email. I have proof of every step required that I have sent already. Too much to attach here.
