Tap2 Drain review: Heating repair

The technician Chris from Tap2 Drain plumbing was at my house on December 5,2022 afternoon to diagnose the heating problem in my house. When I booked the appointment I was advised that the technician will come and diagnose the problem, and he will explain and provide the cost, the charge for service call is $99.00. I agreed to that.

The technician came and did not tell me anything about the cost before changing the zone valve. He was here only 20 minutes and charged me $438.90 in Total. After he went I checked the heater and it wasn't working. I called the company and made a complaint. The receptonist said the manager will call me back. I was waiting for the call till next day and sent them an e-mail, but I did not get any reply back. I called friend of mine who is hany man he came and changed the thermostat it was working now. It was not the zone valve it was thermostat. I am so disapointed paid so much money for 20minutes job and not fix the problem.

I called them few times explain the problem and request them to refund my money or any reasonable solution, but no response. I am so disapointed with their service and charges
