The Wimauma office is very poorly managed, with a serious issue with communication. Appointments are made, changed and patients are not notified. Most recently, I used their "MyChart" to request a prescription refill on 5/16 as I had about 1 week left of the script. I went to pick up the script on 5/20 and the pharmacy did not have the authorization from the doctor. I now have TWO days of the script remaining, one of which I took this morning. I entered the script again on My Chart and also messaged the office via My Chart. Since I do not have faith in this system, I also called and of course, was on hold for over 25 minutes - which is typical for this office. I'm told that it will be taken care of today. If TGH is so proud of their use of My Chart... it should be used properly. I am very discouraged by the care received out of this TGH office and am currently searching for better care. There is a complete lack of communication and I'm not sure of the care. In my last visit with my physician, she did no vital checks. Temp and BP are taken by tech, but the doctor USED to check glands, heart, ears, etc., Nothing. She acts as though she can not get out of the room fast enough. Very unhappy and truly wonder about the care for all of the older seniors who use this facility. I, fortunately, am still able to monitor my own health and recognize when there is a breakdown in the system. TGH Failure

Desired outcome: Response to address the lack of care and communication in this facility!
