T C S Plumbing review: work done in restroom

I called T c s Plumbing in july last year. I requested an estimate to do plumbing in my house. Two men showed up looking like Watergate plumbers. We showed them the project. I left the room. then I asked those guys to do some work in another room. theyu said no. I said ok but can you snap on the shower head. they did. then my wife asked about the estimate on the plumbing project. they said that they will go to the store to see the price range. then they will give the estimate.

I never heard from them. LATER I got a whopping bill for overt $ 300. I refused to pay. they should have told us that they will charge for snapping then head on shower. theyu claim it took two hours to do the work with two men. its ridicolous that two men worked for two hours to rsnap on shower head.
