SZI Outsourcing Pvt Ltd owned by Syed Zafar Imam is cheating most of its employees without paying the salary. They dont follow any of the labor law and fraudulently asking employees to sign conditional KRA after recruiting. There are plenty of employees cheated by SZI Outsourcing. They told that they will pay my salary at the time of resignation but when I inquired they told they wont. Later they told me they will pay my Salary after 45 days on the Month of June 2013, but now it more than 2 months over, still they are not paying my Last month's Salary as well as my Full & Final settlement.
I was in coordination with HR as well as the Director Syed Zafar Imam who first promised to pay me and who again cheated me.
This company is a big fraud mainly run by Syed Zafar Imam & Bhaskar Singh (GM of company). They do lot of fruads by duping lot of customers (by their 2 brand of sister companies-- www.1stopearcade.com/ and www.zoomwebmedia.com/ )from USA, CANADA & Australia in the name of proving Tech Support services & Web Promotion services.They take huge money from People & after that dont provide the Services they promise. I am an ex-employee, and I would like to say something about the company. It is hard to know which review is right and which isn't. But the thing is SZI Technologies is one of the most decent and hardworking digital marketing company in Kolkata. I have spent quite a long time working with them and got to know how they manage all these work within time. Pretty decent and a good work environment. SZI Technologies is by far the best digital marketing company.
This complain is not true because i have associated as an web designer with SEZ TECHNOLOGY last 8 months and i always got my salary payment timely. And working here nicely.
so i think this is not AN FRAUD COMPANY and all benefits they provide me time to time.

they are 7 years old and reputed company and i got NICE SENIOR, NICE ENVIRONMENT HERE.

Sayed jaffar iman is not only cheating agent with their salary but also doing scam in US, Canada secretly running tech support in park circus and sector5 as well...just to save their ### the owner is running telecom which is genuine process...but trust me he is a big time basted the scam process he is running has a huge revenue...also big time basted who is the operation manger of this company his name is utsab, Bhaskar Singh and how can i forget HR moumitta...so guyzzz i will certainly go ahead and take action and make them suffer and ivest huge money to save their ###...i want you guysss to do the same...
