Hello,
Unfortunately not a pleasant occasion to communicate with you, the worst ever service and level of mis commitment from Suzuki Riaz motors korangi. This is not the first time i am complaining, you can see the mail history from artistic garments industries. Its been 5 days my car is standing at Suzuki Riaz motors for below work:
1. Tuning of car
2. Silencer work
3. denting work
4. gear bush work
I have sent my car on 11th June 2019. The insurance surveyor approved the work on same day. Mr. Akbar (coordinator for mechanical work) gave the completion time with in 3 days initially. later after chasing him for long i came to know that bumpers were delivered late (which is not my concern). Then i was told that it will take 2 more days and the car will be delivered on Saturday at 5pm. Right now at 6:15 i called Riaz motors and i came to know that the work is not yet completed. the car just got out from paint work and the mechanical (gear work) is still pending. for the mechanical work, rubbing/polish work and wash i have to send my car again on Monday.
I am surprised to see the responsibility and commitment from a well known organization.Trust me "Riaz Motors Korangi" is portraying you and is damaging your reputation badly.It feels like i am working with a local garage even they provide a better service and commitment. Its now high time that after complaining again and again the matter was not taken seriously. I will take this matter to my top management and as well as i will expose this in social media. I appreciate if you can provide the contact details of top management of Suzuki Global for the communication.
