I am writing today to complain about the very poor services that i have recieved from your company. Last november 2019, i visited Suzuki Auto Servce Center Ormoc City Branch, for the immediate repair of may cars damaged bumper.

I immediately complied and submitted all the documents needed for the car repair including the insurance claims documents.

The manager and the sales representative of the branch informed and advised me that my car wont be repaired until the insurance company pays the full amount of the car damages for the reason that my insurance company is not the in house insurance company they are offering.

As a costumer, it is unfair to be misinformed before we purchase your products, and this is called Corruption inside Suzuki Company.

Since November 2019 until now, my cars bumper, windshield water sprayer and fog lights is still not repaired.

As a Physician we use and rely on our cars performance everyday to save lives 24/7. It is very unsafe for my job, my family and morally damaging to continue using my damaged car.

If i were given a chance, i would have chosen another Car Company or Brand. For all the new physiacians who are coming back to our place in Ormoc City and planning to buy their first car. i have already told them not to buy Suzuki Cars in return of your very poor services to the consumers.
