I strongly disagree with you. Todd Blitstein has been my service advisor on my car for every car that I have had. He is professional and extremely good with customer service. I have a question? If you are customer of his, what type of personal information do you have? bankruptcies? 34 years old? As a customer of Todd's, he has always been respectful to my customer service and to my cars. These forums give freedom of speech too much credibility. No customer of anyone would know personal information, therefore, you claim is a sham. And I give my 5+ years of wonderful customer service to Todd Blitstein, over and over.
