Anything unique or rare sold by “SurplusKingdom.net or by Brain Ramsey on eBay or at any *NFFC event is most likely stolen from either a collector or off Disney property. Brian Ramsey lies and cons people out of their valuable Disney items and sells them for his personal gain.
Do not buy anything from SurplusKingdom.net or from Brain Ramsey. Do not trust Brain Ramsey, he is a liar, con artist and a fraud!

Not sure if still married, but was married to Carolyn Gutierrez Ramsey (Age 44), Brian had stepson John Gutierrez, Brother in Law, Moses Gutierrez . Parents Live in Daytona Beach on Heritage Lane, Leonard and Leah Ramsey. Carolyn listed in Daytona Beach in Apt. 611 on Mason Avenue zip code 32117 or on Pine Woods Road in Ormond Beach, FL, Also have relatives of Gelson Gutierrez and Emelia (Emily) Gutierrez.. He is a scam artist and thief. He has a long history of ripping people off. Hope this helps to find him. Keep us all advised.

I strongly agree with this complaint. I know people he has screwed over. He cons people into believing he can make them lots of money and has all these connections to make good money. What he does is pray on the weak and steals from the wealthy.
Seriously watch out for Brain Ramsey, he is the biggest FRAUD out there!
