Sunnova review: Customer service is outsourced! Impossible to get service or answers!

We purchased our home with solar panels from Sunnova. We added a battery last October. They use a third party vendor who we have no complaints with. Sunnova still hasn't placed our batter into full operation and we are pulling excess energy from the grid since the batter was installed last October. We have been calling throughout November, December, and now through the first two weeks of January waiting for someone to tell us when the battery will be fully operational on Sunnova's end. We suspected and just confirmed that their "customer service" is outsourced to another vendor, so they can't answer any of our questions - nor can they provide us with a timeline of when the work on Sunnova's end will be complete. This is the SECOND BBB complaint I'm filing and I will continue to file them until we get answers and service! The "customer service representatives" can't answer questions and they refuse to provide us with the name of a customer service supervisor who can help us. They promise to have someone call us back. Sunnova's sales department does the same thing. We are going on 3 months without any answers or call backs. We received a message over a month ago from someone at Sunnova after filing the first BBB complaint, but when we try to call back, she doesn't answer the phone, nor does she return our telephone calls. Our next step is to contact our family attorney. This company has absolutely no customer service or maintenance assistance at all! Shame on Sunnova for treating "valued customers" like garbage!
