summerwood Condos review: Management unbelievable dishonest 1

I'm in the process of filing a 8000 word complaint with the Better Business Burea. So i'll try and keep this as summarized as possible.
Here are the basics:
-Me and 3 roomates applied and were accepted into student housing style condos at summerwood condos, we were 100% complient and punctual with all payments and forms involved in the application process. That was several months before the agreed upon move in date
- We were promised contracts to sign for weeks, one of us after hours of badgering got his contract, it took equal effort of nonstop calling of their office that is only open 5 hours every day for another of us to get his contract. Keep in mind we were repeatedly promised ALL of use woudl recieve our contracts after each time we talked to them. The last two never recieved contracts.
-one day after agreed upon move in date we packed all of our posessions in two large vehicles and drove 30 minutes from our homes to move in, and this is what we found..

Rooms had not been cleaned, and i'm not talking a carpet shampooing (which is pretty standard in any establishment) no i mean the former tennants dirty dishes were packed into the sink, his... fluids were ALL over the carpets, stains like you would not believe, his bathroom was obviously still very much in use, oh and here is my favorite part, one of the 4 previous tennants was still living there. We found him sleep in one rom, and his stuff was in two of the other 3 rooms. So in brief 3 rooms were completely occupied and i have NEVER seen a living establishment so dirty. night and day difference from the model condo we were shown 4 months previous.

We were promised we would not be charges by the office manager, until it was cleaned (because we refused outright to move in.
So we stored our desks beds cloths and everything at a friend house at all of our inconvenience. 4 days later we come back with all of our stuff ready to move in thinking surely almost a week after we had signed to move in things would be ready. NOTHING had changed except the squatter was gone, but his remains were very much still there.

Long story short they never got on the ball, promises after promises came and went unfulfilled. So 3 days before school was to start we were forced to go in an cancel our contract. We bit the bulled on the 20$ applications fees. And were promised a full refund.

Turns out they felt entitled to compensation for the time we spent in dispute are were charging the two of us who HOUNDED them for contracts a weeks worh of rent.

Its been almost 2 months and we tried talking to owners, managers, and we were met only with unbelievalbe disrespect and eventually they began to just completely ignore us all together.

I'm very much considering small claims court, summerwood condos is not a good place to live plain and simple. You can ask me or the 4 other groups who weere there the same day i was to cancel their contracts
