September 13, 2021... Today I dropped my company vehicle off and I experienced one of my worst customer service contacts in one of your facilities. I arrived at 5:15pm to drop the car off. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist whom was very professional and she directed me to her fellow employee who showed no professionalism at all. First of he attempted to speak to me in a very condescending manor. He advised me that the car had to two recalls. I told him I was aware of that but I also needed other things checked on the car. Due to his inability to locate the account he threw up his hands and yelled who is suppose to pay for all this work. I advised my company had a fleet of cars and the are all serviced by this facility. He then proceeded to go to the car and take the plate number down and once he entered it in the computer he said ok I have the company name as Community Options... wich I had already given him. I them ask him if he could see the account my company cars are serviced under. H claimed all he could see was the company name. Putting aside all if his incompetence, it was the way he yelled and spoke to me in his abrasive tone. I proceeded to call my manager and advise her she would have to bring the car in the next day because I was not going to tolerate the nasty attitude this guy was giving me. He then asked what attitude im just trying to get information from, looking around at his coworkers for confirmation. I am sure you are aware the customer service can be a deal breaker for the customer. I left your facility with a very negative opinion about your company, And very seriously doubt I'd ever do business due to this one contact I had with your service representative. Desired outcome: Training for your employees on how to treat the customers with respect. And talk to then in a respectful tone.
