Stenger & Stenger, PC review: Resolution of payment through a debt collection agency

I have been working with a debt settlement company for 3 years. I only have social security once a month because I am on a fixed income. The debt settlement company has tried to resolve this $10,000 balance, which they have somewhat, but Stenger & Stenger wasn't getting enough money from me through the debt settlement company, so they decided to file a judgment. There were filing fees of $160, $20 process fee, and some other fees that I don't think is fair. This law firm is hard to work within so they finally decided to settle for $210 per month from March of 2023 to March of 2025. I think it's just so unfair. Since I was working with a debt settlement company why did they have to file a judgment against me? It's as though I had no representation at all. They are unreasonable and don't seem like they want to work with you. It is so unfair. I wish I would not have to pay that long. 2025 is not even here yet. I hope customer service can help.
