Bought a couch a year ago and the warranty for $69.99. Used the cleaning solution on an off white linen couch; (followed the directions on the box)as the solution dried it left a orange ring on the couch. I tested in an area where there was no spot and it did the same thing. Steinhafels did nothing for me and kept telling me I had to call GreenGard ( GreenGard is no longer in business I am told on the phone by a Steinhafels Customer Rep. They give me a differnt number to call). I called GreenGard and the lady asks me if I tested it first and there is nothing they can do since I did not test the product first. They did not ask me my name, my purchase, NOTHING, just told me I should of tested it first and there is nothing they can do. I have $280 in warranties that I purchased drom Steinhafels and the warranty company went out of business. Steinhafels did not contact me to let me know the warranty company went under. I will never shop at Steinhafels again.
