State of Arizona review: Law and injustice/process abuse

Second complaint regarding the judicial system in Arizona which allows people to file false police reports persecutes and prosecutes an individual who's not guilty. Even when evidence is submitted and of complaint is filed showing that the person lied still proceed on antagonizing provoking harassing and prosecuting an individual even though they were never guilty of it in the first place and the people who are filing the false police reports nothing is done.

Under ARS 13-2907.01, it is a crime for a person to do either of the following:

Knowingly make to a law enforcement agency of either this state or a political subdivision of this state a false, fraudulent or unfounded report

Knowingly make a statement or to knowingly misrepresent a fact for the purpose of interfering with the orderly operation of a law enforcement agency or misleading a peace officer.

False reporting under ARS 13-2907.01 is a class 1 misdemeanor. This is the highest level of misdemeanor in Arizona.

Penalties for a class 1 misdemeanor include:

Up to 6 months in jail

Up to $2500 in fines

I have suffered so much and lost so much. The mental, emotional and psychological damage that has been done due to the filing of false police reports and losing to obtain orders of protection. Judicial official and prosecuters who don't care about the truth and are biased or racially motivated have allowed this litigation of abuse and abuse of process to continue even though those who have accused me have provided no evidence to substantiate or cooperate their false charges their false allegations and their false accusations. Myself having evidence enough to prove them to be dishonest and lying they continue to pursue me. This needs to stop. One police agency even had the audacity to claim to have arrested me last year but prior to that in a report this officer says that I was in route to El Paso which was the 31st of March which is correct on the 1st of April the next day they claim to have arrested me in Phoenix Arizona however it was a different jurisdiction so it wouldn't have been them at a residence that I was a resident at although it states that I wasn't a resident but I had not been there for two years. In addition the statement that was made prior to was a contradiction of the next statement claiming to have arrested me because indeed I was in El Paso Texas and not in Phoenix arizona.
