stampboards.com review: Seller didn't give any precise information

Don’t trust the company www.stampboards.com. I believed that they have rare stamps and decided to get them. I was ready to pay large sums for the stamps. The seller told me that he would ship them, when he would get the money. I wired the necessary sum and waited for the email. The seller didn’t reply within 10 days. After that he told me that the order was sent, but he didn’t give any precise details. Is it scam and should be worried already?
