st kilda veterinary centre Dunedin review: paid account 1

I took my dog on the 3 Jun 2015 late knight for a open gut paw for treatment and paid for the service what they did not do properly .I did a better job than they did .They did not want to put stitches in. I had to take my dog the next day to a another vet to get stitches. They don't care about dogs .Don't take your dogs there .Then a month later the letters start to come month after month no payment and late payment fees, for a account that I did pay on the day off poor treatment and I have no account with them ., they did not want to give me a account I had to pay on the spot .Then they treed me like this, I did phone them and told them I did pay with my credit card the system sould show it to them.Instead I was abused by them on the phone .But the accounts still come with more account fees .ill att the account and my credit card statement with the payment off $160 shame on you St kilda veterinary centre for poor handling off my pet with a open cut paw poor treatment no people skills, you cant work with your accounts then even abuse me for a fully paid account now for six months worst veterinary centre in the world .
