St. Bethlehem Super Laundry and Cleaners – Paid for express laundry that was not returned when promised

This business has a habit of not returning cleaning or laundry on date they put on receipt. Even if they are at fault, will not try to discount or refund for a service they did not fulfill in time negotiated. When I tried to resolve issues with supervisor, she was hard to contact, and when I finally got in touch with her she was rude, and did not care if I would complain to BBB.
