Ssense size chart is totally incorrect. When I made my order I made sure that I picked the right size, but still my items were way too small. When I contacted Ssense customer care they said that they don't do refunds and exchanges. What a ridiculous company! It was definitely not my mistake, because I followed all the instructions on their website. Every time I called they claimed that there was nothing wrong with they size and one day they just stopped answering! I will never order anything from Ssense again!
the seller didn't have such colour of handbag and refused to change it for something else
I was disappointed in the company www.ssense.com. I have bought handbag from them and after 15 days I received it. It looked nice and as on the picture. But I noticed that one stich was undone. I hardly wore the handbag and was so upset, but the seller offered me to exchange the handbag for the same colour. I sent it back, but the seller notified me that they ran of such colour and they would change this handbag for another colour. Real scam, so stay away.
my order was still in process and no one replied to my emails
I ordered jacket and shoes from the company www.ssense.com. It was real scam. I placed the order and paid for it, but after 5 days I went to the website and checked the info. It turned out that my order was still in process and nothing was sent. I tried to reach the seller, but no one replied to my emails. Total scam, so please beware. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
total rip off and bank account was fake
I recently had the worst experience with www.ssense.com. I bought some stuff, but the seller asked me to pay through the Western Union. After that I of course haven’t received any news about my order. Also I couldn’t reach the seller. I went to my bank and asked to check this bank account, but it turned out that they could track it. It was rip off. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this ###.
don't buy here folks... don't be stupid
I signed up for a contest and then it took me to their store.ssense...LOL Oh my gosh... that is the ugliest cheapest crap there is around...Not only that their prices are out of this galaxie. Jewlery has no gold whatsoever and is sky high. Any body buys this crap is a fool... You have better stuff at walmart... man... Don't buy here folks... dont be stupid.
I placed an order in January. The courier confirmed they delivered my parcel to wrong flat and told me I am eligible for a refund and I need to contact the supplier for them to raise a claim - ssense never refunded me or sent me another one. My order was $800 and it was my birthday gift.
Ordered an Innareaum bag on July 5 2023
and they shipped me a Lacoste bag instead.
Stay away from this company.
They are Deceiving, they ship a different item from what is ordered , hoping that you will keep the wrong product for a discount.
Very frustrating to deal with.
Customer service is not responsive and doesn’t seem to care.
