He is a big cheater and running fruad finance companies and cheating the people who comes for loan at Chennai. He will attract you by saying very less interest and low install ment., First he will ask inspection charges then he will ask you to pay stamp registration charges later he will not respond and if you ask your money back he will threat you., He says he is big DMK party leader in Villivakkam consistency Chennai.
He cheated somany people you can find their posts in this website or in online.

Oh my God,
This man named, lion SingaPerumal alias Muthuvel, with a few runners, including 2 ladies, introduce a finance scheme for any collateral. The scheme is now being presented around the world, but the catch is they never tell you there is a upfront money for signing the agreement. They keep till the end. It is either called stamp duty, or inspection fee etc.
I was lucky, I am alerted while j reach the stage to pay for stamp duty.
I was made to travel all the way to chennai and wasted 1 whole week. The lady runner and a guy help run the operations for some kickback.
Please be careful, especially foreigners and NRI s, This is posted to warn innocent business people looking for funds to do projects.

I am from Andhra Pradesh. The allegations made on Mr. Muthuvel in this site are absolutely wrong. I know him since more than a year, he is genuine person and does finance to genuinely. So I request all not to get influenced in to such wrong postings and also request the website people to look into this matter seriously and if possible not to publish such damaging complaints without inquiring.
