Spruce solar review: Solar panels

The original contract states that they (Spruce solar) will monitor the panels to proficiency. This is NOT happening at all. Since I was the one that notified them of the problem.

The contract also states that "and reasonably cooperate with you when arranging repairs". I have texted and called since March for service, and still no service. This started with chat and describing my problem and sending pictures of what is being displayed by their equipment. Now a days I, call once a week to get a status on my ticket. The answer is always the same. "Our evaluation department is looking into your request". this is BS it can't possibly take this long. Even escalating this to their "customer escalation team". Has done NOTHING! I don't live in the middle of the Alaskan tundra! This is the time of year in which those panels produce the most electricity!

If your thinking of going solar - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !
