Spruce Power - review: Solar / billing

1) Spruce Power accounting is flawed every month they keep calling me chasing me for payment of someone else account threatening court action. I have Autopay set up with them and have never missed payment ever or been late yet i still get these threatening calls

2) I go so fed up with them and the cost of leasing solar i decided to asked them for a quote to buy out the panels after 11 years they quoted me a price which is more than purchasing new panels - they wont even entertain a conservation or the fact that NRG Solar and I (previous owners of system) were in final stages before my account was sold to Spruce - Despite several phone calls email and even calling their parent company in Texas no response !
