Sprint now part of T Mobile review: I would like to not be lied to about paying something that has to be paid anyway.

I have an account with sprint. I had a Payment arrangement set up to try and pay my remaining balance off. The agreement was if I payed $500 I would be able to set up an arrangement. Once it was time to make the payment, I called back an explained what I was asked to pay and it was also n my account notes. The representative I spoke to said okay and took the payment. The lady put me on hold and when she returned he stated that my account was know longer eligible for a payment arrangement. I stated to her that was impossible because the previous rep put in my notes to do it this way. She then states their was nothing else that she could do so I asked her how do you guys tell people what to do to prevent the service from being cut off but once we pay our money you guys can go back o your word? The Rep then stated that she wasn't the person to give me that information. I then asked for a supervisor who then got on the phone and told me the same thing I then spoke to another supervisor whos attitude was so back she stated that she would give me a refund. I then agreed, and she submitted the form. I called back on day 6 about my refund I never received and the rep that I spoke with stated that the refund request was denied because of my past due balance on the account but I stated to her that I had an agreement and you guys broke your end of the deal. I only agreed to pay $500 to set up a payment arrangement, I never agreed to pay you guy $500 and you still cut off my service. The rep told me that she could do anything and then hung up on me. Sprints customer service is terrible and has been that way for a log time. I have been a sprint customer since 2018. I felt like I deserved to be treated better then what I was. I am currently still waiting for m refund and asking for assistance.

Desired outcome: Also I would still like to have my refund and have $500 deducted from my bill for the inconvenience.
