Sportcraft Ltd review: POOR and UNRELIABLE!! 2

We purchased a Air Hockey Table #34012 04 a few years back at Costco. The machine won't turn on any longer. I am extremely upset that after spending $300+ $$ on this HEAVY game, there are no replacement parts available.

I think if Sportcraft has "time limit" on when they make parts for the items they sell, they needs to post it directly on the box: "SPORTCRAFT ONLY HAS PARTS FOR IT'S GOODS FOR A VERY MINIMAL TIME"

I emailed customer service days ago, asking if there was "anything" they can do? No response..
Sad. You would think if they don't offer parts for a product THEY made NOT long ago, they would AT LEAST offer a discount on the next purchase...Crappy, crappy service.

What I REALLY want is the darn part to a table I "Apparently" spent WAY too much money on...
Otherwise, I would "appreciate" a response to my concern!
