Speedway

Last night between approx 4:30 and 5pm at the Speedway at 1625 Rice st St. Paul my friend and I were there using the ATM and getting gas.
I witnessed what I believe was a drug deal that went on that involved a male employee working.
A female walked out to a pump and knocked on a car door several times where there seemed to be an altercation where the females arm was rolled up in a window and she was almost dragged off after yelling "you owe me money! Let my arm go! Let my arm go!" The driver theme sped off with her arm stuck in the car window.
My friend was inside at the ATM when the female run back inside and approached the male employee and said "he ripped me off. He dragged my arm off in the car and ripped me off". The male employee told her to be quiet and go outside and talk. They did and she showed him what looked like pills in her hand and then she told the employee to make it right. He picked up the phone and made several phone calls.
I don't know where your management is at this store or what you have going on in that store but it is nothing short of unethical and wrong for a work environment. My friend and I felt unsafe and will never shop in that store again. This is not the only complaint we have heard about this store. If their employees aren't ensuring a safe environment for customers then why isn't management.
