SpanTran review: University course academic evaluation

Hired SpanTran to evaluate University studies done outside the United States as part of the application to a US based University. Paid in advance.

I have a couple of questions about the process and timing. I have called approximately 10 times. Wait times (on hold) of 30-40 minutes each time after which I am either hung up on or instructed to leave a message. I have left several messages and yet no return call.

I have sent approximately 3 emails requesting a call back and no return calls. I only receive what look to be auto-generated replies.
