I SUBSCRIBED TO SPANKWIRE PORN SITE. I PAID MY MONEY AND RECIEVED A PASSWORD. THAT PASSWORD DOESNT WORK. I HAVE SENT 7 E-MAILS IN THE PASSED WEEK TO THEIR ADMIN, SUPPORT, BILLING AND HAVE RECIEVED NIL RESONSE.
THEIR SUPPORT OPTION DOES NOT WORK WHEN YOU SELECT THE ICON IT JUST GOES BACK TO THE PAGE YOU STARTED ON.
I CANT CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION BECAUSE I CANT ACCESS THE SITE. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO BILL MY CREDIT CARD WITH NO SERVICE BEING PROVIDED.
I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD TO STOP THEM STEALING MY MONEY
TO ANYONE THINKING OF SUBSCRIBING THINK TWICE. THIS SITE SPANKWIRE IS JUST A SCAM
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Had some horrible support from the spankwirecams support too I disputed one charge out of all the charges I have had and they cancelled my account. Contact support and tried to ask them why it was cancelled they said I'm a security risk or some BS. The customer support staff is rude and assumes that because I monitor my charges I am some ### trying to get things for free. They assumed all of that I never asked for refunds just inquired about a charge and was nothing but polite and received only rudeness from the associate who did nothing but talk down to me
Yes it is a scam. When you try to cancel they pretend to not have your information on their database. Funny part is that their company still charges you every month. Don't worry a few small claims suit will be filed to them. Lets see if they have the time to settle this
