Sovereign MF review: On Going debacle - Tarneit Land Fund

The investment in the Tarneit Land Fund should have paid out around May 2008. It has not. I appreciate that there have been some issues with management which I believe now have been resolved. My complaint is that we continue to get a letter from Sovereign MF which contains a lot of useless information. I want to know when I can expect a return on my investment and what sort of return are we looking at. Considering they have had my money for FOUR extra years and the growth in real estate during that time, I would expect a considerable return. This has been my first time with an investment fund AND THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER ONE.
