I felt i just got robbed in India. The travel agent charges us for luxury package and gave us 3* service. None of the arrangement was executed as promised during booking. From the accommodation, other traveling arrangements and best part they tried to leave us with no transport on the last day. My advice is never trust the agents and pay them full as you arrive. Coz they will never care for you once the money is in. Always hold back some money till the last day.
